Order Process & Production Time

Since our blackout curtains are custom-made according to your window measurements, production begins only after:

1. Final measurements are confirmed
   
2. Fabric and design selection is finalized
   
3. Advance payment is received
   

Standard Production Time:

• 3 to 7 working days for most custom blackout curtain orders
  
• Bulk or large villa projects may require additional time
  

We focus on precision stitching, lining quality, and finishing to ensure complete light blocking and long-lasting durability.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your curtains are ready, our team will contact you to schedule delivery and installation.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

• Dubai: 2–5 working days after production completion
  
• Other Emirates: 3–7 working days after production completion
  

Please note:

• Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.
  
• During Ramadan or special occasions, scheduling may slightly differ.

Professional Installation

Blackout curtains require proper installation to ensure full light coverage and a neat finish. That is why we provide professional installation services.

Our installation process includes:

• Pre-scheduled technician visit
  
• Secure curtain rod or track fixing
  
• Proper hanging and alignment
  
• Final inspection with customer approval
  

The customer (or a representative) must be available at the scheduled time for smooth installation.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery within Dubai on standard orders
  
• Small delivery charges may apply for remote locations outside Dubai
  
• Large commercial or bulk orders may require customized delivery arrangements
  

All applicable delivery charges, if any, will be communicated clearly before order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Communication

After placing your order:

• Our team will coordinate measurement and installation scheduling
  
• A final invoice will be shared once details are confirmed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and handling your curtains. However, if you notice any issue at the time of installation such as:

Please inform our technician immediately or notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after installation approval may not be accepted.
