Because most of our products are custom-produced according to your selected fabric, size, and design preferences, our return and refund policy is carefully structured to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Custom-Made Curtains Policy
All blackout curtains ordered through our website are made according to the measurements and specifications approved by the customer.
As these products are custom-made:
- Custom-size blackout curtains are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after the manufacturing process begins.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once materials have been cut or production is initiated.
This policy exists because customized curtains cannot be resold to other customers.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or offer corrections only in the following situations:
- The wrong fabric or color was delivered due to our error
- The size is incorrect due to measurement taken by our technician
- There is a significant stitching defect or manufacturing fault
- The product arrives damaged before installation
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and unaltered
- Installation must not have been approved as complete
Measurement Responsibility
To ensure proper fitting, we offer professional measurement services.
- If our technician takes the measurements and an error occurs from our side, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
- If the customer provides their own measurements, we are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect sizing.
We strongly recommend using our measurement service to avoid errors.
Refund Process
If a return request qualifies under our policy:
- Our team will inspect the issue.
- We may offer repair, replacement, or correction first.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Please note:
- Installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started.
- Once fabric cutting or stitching begins, cancellation is not possible.
- Custom bulk or villa orders may have separate cancellation terms discussed at the time of purchase.
Fabric & Color Variations
Please understand:
- Slight color differences may appear due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
- Minor variations in fabric texture are natural characteristics of textile materials.
These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Ready-made blackout curtains (if available in stock) may be eligible for exchange within 3 days of purchase, provided:
- The product is unused
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Pickup and redelivery charges may apply for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after installation
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Minor finishing variations that do not affect functionality
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or improper handling
